Who Are Eagle Exports?

Eagle Exports was established in 1993 to provide supply solutions to companies operating in the Pacific Islands. Since then we have expanded our reach and now help clients in Sth East Asia, the Middle East and most Pacific Rim countries with supply solutions.

How does Eagle's Service work?

Step 1 - You submit an inquiry or request for quotation
Step 2 - We provide you with a quote and alternatives where appropriate
Step 3 - You place your order
Step 4 - We procure and expedite delivery to you and advise you of all shipping details

When do I pay Eagle Exports?

Our terms will vary between payment with order, payment on dispatch, and payment on account. We will discuss this with you.

How do I pay Eagle Exports?

Payment by Visa/Mastercard (incurs a fee), payment by Telegraphic transfer and payment by Letter of Credit are all acceptable.

4.  Shipping & Delivery

How will my items be shipped?

We will discuss this with you and determine whether air , sea or road is best. We can supply door to door air freight using DHL (not including local duties & taxes).

What shipping terms are available to me?

We will normally quote you Ex works, FOB, CNF, or CIF based on your preference.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

This will depend on lead time from our supplier, shipping method and your location. We will indicate this at the time of quotation.
